From first contact to the last detail, this is how a bathroom remodel runs with us in Maumee, Toledo, and the surrounding area — full baths, walk-in showers, and the work around them.
Call, text, or send the form. Tell us which bathroom, what you want changed, and where the house is. We'll get back to you and set a time to come look.
We walk the bathroom with you. You tell us the layout and finish you want. We look at the existing conditions — plumbing, electrical, ventilation, and structure — and what has to happen before new work starts.
You get a written estimate for the bathroom we saw. Scope, material direction, and a time frame. No charge for the visit or the estimate.
You approve the estimate. We put you on the calendar and give you a start date.
We show up on the start date. Floors and paths get protected. Then demo and prep — tear-out, substrate, waterproofing, and any framing or mechanical work the new bath needs.
The bathroom gets built in order: showers and wet areas, tile, fixtures, finishes. We stay on the room until it's put back together.
We walk the finished bathroom with you before final payment. We mark anything you want addressed.
We take care of those items. Once they're done, the bathroom remodel is closed out.
