Otterson Contracting is a new type of general contractor in the Toledo Ohio area. We are fully licensed and insured. We strive for communication and making sure everything is done properly and timely.
Tile
We are a high end tile contractor, we can tile anything and we use every type of tile. We have been setting tile for almost a decade. Tile is definitely what we’re best at.
Hardwood/Laminate/Hardwood
We have been doing hardwood almost as long as we have been doing tile. We have laid thousands of boards of all types. No hardwood job too large OR small.
You Name It
Even though we know what were best at that doesn’t mean we’re not great at a lot fo other stuff too. We pretty much do everything, drywall, plumbing, electrical, full remodels and we’re here to help figure out the less conventional projects.

Tiny Housing!
We are working on bringing Tiny Housing to the Toledo area. Our goal is to bring much more affordable housing for everyone. And lets face it who needs a giant house!
We are working on bringing Tiny housing to Toledo specifically. But the surrounding area of course, is not out of the conversation.
With the help of investors we are trying to keep it as affordable as possible. The end goal is for the customer to be able to get a short term loan in terms of house loans, and then when paid off the house is theirs to keep.
